The ceremony will be conducted by the Honorable Rolando T. Acosta, Associate Justice of the New York Appellate Division of the Supreme Court, First Judicial Department.
The NY13 ceremonial swearing-in is open to invited guests and press. A reception will immediately follow.

"I am deeply concerned yet not at all surprised by President Trump's hardline policies on immigration reform. "Just two days after hundreds of thousands of people participated in Women's marches throughout our country and across the globe, and just one day after the anniversary of Roe v. Wade, President Trump has shown disturbing disregard for women's rights by reinstating the "Global Gag Rule," said Rep. Espaillat.
