Services

Request tickets and tours for various Washington D.C. destinations. All tickets are provided to constituents on a first-come, first-served basis so request tickets early. The U.S. Capitol is open for tours, including staff-led tours. Currently, staff-led tours are available Monday through Friday and are restricted to one tour per week with a cap at 15 people. Please be mindful that because of these rules, tours will be limited. To ensure a spot on a staff-led store, please allow plenty of time in advance. For your travel planning, below is a list of Washington, D.C. museums and their operating status: The White House: Public tours are typically available from 8:00 AM to 12:30 PM Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, excluding Federal holidays or unless otherwise noted. Tours are available to schedule during a 21-to-90-day window from the date of booking. If your tour is confirmed, please note that you will be assigned a specific time. All White House tours are free of charge. The White House tour schedule is subject to change, with little notice, based on inclement weather or official use.
