NEW YORK, N.Y. – Thursday, August 23rd starting at 6:30 p.m., Representative Adriano Espaillat (NY-13) will host a reception in collaboration with the City College of New York, to posthumously award the Congressional Gold Medal to Second Lieutenant Esteban Hotesse for his service as a member of the Tuskegee Airmen.
