Adriano Espaillat (NY-13) serves as a national co-host of this year's Congressional Art Competition and encourages high school students from New York's 13th congressional district to apply for an opportunity to display their winning art in the United States Capitol for up to one year.
Congressmember Adriano Espaillat is a tireless advocate of civil rights, and has been a champion for the LGBTQ community. As one of his first acts in Congress, he joined the LGBT Equality Caucus.
