Washington D.C. – Congress Members Adriano Espaillat (NY-13) and Eliot Engel (NY-16) have written to FBI Director Christopher Wray calling for an FBI investigation into the deaths of Orlando Moore and Portia Ravenelle, two Mount Vernon, New York residents who died while vacationing in the Dominican Republic.
