WASHINGTON, D.C. – Congressman Adriano Espaillat (NY13) issued the following today in response to President Trump's executive order to reinstate the Global Gag Rule:
"Just two days after hundreds of thousands of people participated in Women's marches throughout our country and across the globe, and just one day after the anniversary of Roe v. Wade, President Trump has shown disturbing disregard for women's rights by reinstating the "Global Gag Rule," said Rep. Espaillat.
WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, Congressman Adriano Espaillat (NY13) released the following statement in recognition of Dominican Heritage Month:
"As the first Dominican American to ever serve in the United States Congress, I am proud to recognize Dominican Heritage Month and celebrate the contributions Dominican-Americans have made to society," said Rep. Espaillat.
WASHINGTON, D.C. – Congressman Adriano Espaillat (NY13) will hold his "Standing Together, United As One" community event on Friday, January 20th at 11:00 a.m. EST at the Malcolm X and Dr. Betty Shabazz Memorial and Educational Center located at 3940 Broadway (by 165th Street).
