WASHINGTON, DC — Representative Adriano Espaillat (NY-13) will host a virtual career fair for residents of New York’s 13^th Congressional District on both Wednesday, August 11th and Thursday, August 12th from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (EDT).

“New York City has been hit especially hard by COVID-19, and far too many of my constituents have been left without work in its wake,” said Rep. Espaillat. “It’s undeniable: this once in a generation crisis has radically reshaped the workforce – both for employees, and for employers – and now is the time to begin adapting to this new world of employment, virtual interviewing, and remote networking."

Representative Espaillat is the first Dominican American to serve in the U.S. House of Representatives and his congressional district includes Harlem, East Harlem, West Harlem, Hamilton Heights, Washington Heights, Inwood, Marble Hill and the north-west Bronx. First elected to Congress in 2016, Representative Espaillat is serving his third term in Congress.
