MEDIA ADVISORY: REPRESENTATIVE ADRIANO ESPAILLAT LEADS DISTRICT NYCHA TOUR

NEW YORK, N.Y. – Tomorrow, Saturday, June 30th starting at 2:00 p.m., Representative Adriano Espaillat (NY-13) and local leaders will visit New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA) developments slated to undergo renovations under the Rental Assistance Demonstration program throughout the district.

New York City recently announced a rollout of updates and an investment of $400 million that will be utilized for renovations for NYCHA locations, including 14 developments within New York's 13th congressional district.

Saturday's NYCHA tour will begin at 2:00 p.m. at Park Avenue East located at 122^nd and 123^rd Street (122^nd Street between Park and Lexington Avenues). Rep. Espaillat and participating local leaders will visit with residents throughout the day to ensure their public housing remains affordable and accessible as these updates and renovations are completed.
