NEW YORK, NY – Representative Adriano Espaillat (NY-13) will host a district townhall discussion on the 2020 Census on Thursday, May 23rd from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. EDT at Serviam Hall located at 2848 Bainbridge Avenue, Bronx, NY 10458. During the event, Rep. Espaillat will be joined by special guest Julie Menin, Director of the Census for New York City, and city leaders and will provide constituents an overview of the upcoming United States Census.
