A Celebration of African American Women in New York’s 13th Congressional District

WASHINGTON, D.C. – On Friday, February 24, Congressman Adriano Espaillat (NY-13) will hold a Black History Month Celebration starting at 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. at the Adam Clayton Powell State Office Building located at 163 West 125th Street, 2nd Floor Art Gallery.
