Espaillat, in collaboration with NYC Council Member Diana Ayala and Manhattan Borough President Mark Levine, Recognize Puerto Rican Heritage and Honorees Making a Difference in the District
NEW YORK, NY – Join Representative Adriano Espaillat (NY-13), New York City Council Deputy Speaker Diana Ayala, and Manhattan Borough President Mark Levine on Sunday, June 12th at 9:00 a.m. (EDT) during a community breakfast to recognize the rich Puerto Rican heritage and history in New York City. The breakfast will be held at the Santiago Beer Garden located at 2337 1st Avenue, New York, NY 10035.
During this year's commemorative event, the elected officials will honor: Maria Cruz, Executive Director, Taino Towers; Jorge Ayala, Owner, Fonda Boricua; and Lymaris Albors, CEO, Acacia Network - for their ongoing respective contributions to the Puerto Rican community and throughout New York City.
