Congressmen Espaillat and Maloney pressure the DOT to require airlines

Espaillat member of the Appropriations Committee and Maloney, president of supervision and investigation of the House of Representatives, urged the federal agency in the letter to exercise its administrative authority and require air carriers and ticket agents that provide requested refunds to passengers when an air carrier cancels or materially changes a flight to, from, or within the United States.
