Rep. Espaillat's Comments on loss of Palestinian and Israeli Civilians
October 20, 2023

" I am deeply saddened and am praying for all civilian lives lost, Israeli and Palestinian, during this devastating conflict.

I stand with President Biden as America reaffirms Israel's right and obligation to defend itself against terrorism and to minimize civilians caught in the crosshairs."
