WASHINGTON, DC— Representative Adriano Espaillat (NY-13) will host his annual Black History Month celebration at 3:30 p.m. (EST) on Sunday, February 22nd at the Denny Farrell Riverbank State Park, 679 Riverside Drive (West 145th Street).
This year's event, host by Rep. Espaillat in collaboration with the East Harlem Repertory Theatre, will feature Harold Melvin's Blue Notes, Natasha C. Coward, Petawane, Kenny Woo, and Thaddeus Birkett.
Open to the public and free admission.
