CONGRESSMAN ADRIANO ESPAILLAT STATEMENT ON THE PASSING OF FORMER NYS ASSEMBLYMAN JOHN BRIAN MURTAUGH
NEW YORK, N.Y. – Today, Representative Adriano Espaillat (NY-13) released the following statement on the passing of former New York State Assemblyman John Brian Murtaugh:
“Former New York State Assemblyman John Brian Murtaugh was a legend of Inwood and a long-time fixture of New York politics. He stood as a giant to those who loved him and as a leader within the community to those who worked with him during his career. His passing comes with great sadness, and I offer my heartfelt condolences and prayers to his loving wife Carolyn and his entire family during their time of bereavement.”
