NEW YORK, NY – The 2024 Congressional Art Competition is now accepting entries from high school students from New York's 13th congressional district for the opportunity to display their winning artwork in the United States Capitol and the district offices of Rep. Adriano Espaillat (NY-13) for up to one year.
