REPRESENTATIVE ADRIANO ESPAILLAT ANNOUNCES EXPANSION OF DISTRICT HEAD START PROGRAM
NEW YORK, N.Y. – Join Rep. Adriano Espaillat (NY-13) on Monday, September 17th at 10:00 a.m. at the Fort George Community Enrichment Center located at 1525 St Nicholas Avenue for a press conference to announce the expansion of the Head Start program at the Fort George Community Enrichment Center, Inc. to serve more families and youth throughout New York's 13th congressional district.
Head Start and Early Head Start programs have an invaluable impact on our communities by providing critically-needed early education support and care to vulnerable families. Rep. Espaillat will be joined by Carolyn L. Wiggins, Executive Director of the Fort George Community Enrichment Center and participating families to discuss expansion of the program, resources, and legislative efforts to support childhood early education and family resources.
