Adriano Espaillat(NY-13) serves as a national co-host of this year's Congressional Art Competition and encourages high school students from New York's 13th congressional district to apply for an opportunity to display their winning art in the United States Capitol for up to one year.

Artwork may be emailed to Art.NY13@mail.house.gov. The deadline to submit entries from NY-13 is Friday, April 30th.
