NEW YORK, NY – Representative Adriano Espaillat (NY-13) and local elected officials will hold a virtual town hall to address new legislation and federal, state and local efforts to end police brutality and stop the targeting of African Americans and Latinos in New York's 13th congressional district and communities around the nation.
